Where duplicates are found, all associated Accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes associated with your Account. jilbay will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify jilbay immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jilbay is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You agree to log out of the Platform at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
jilbay is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage, including upon registration, before processing withdrawals, or when account activity triggers a review. Failure to complete KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account termination.
You must keep your Account information up to date, including your registered mobile number. Changes to registered details must be processed through Account Settings or by contacting jilbay Support. jilbay is not responsible for service disruptions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
jilbay reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or for compliance or regulatory reasons. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.
Deposits may be made via the payment methods available on jilbay at the time of deposit, which include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page within your Account.
jilbay does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the jilbay Account. Third-party deposits may be returned to source at jilbay's sole discretion, with any applicable transaction fees borne by the Account Holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful KYC verification of the Account; (b) completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) jilbay's internal anti-fraud and compliance review. Standard processing times are within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during business hours, subject to payment provider processing times outside jilbay's control.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilbay reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances, as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by SMS or email before any dormancy fee is applied.
jilbay offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. Each gaming category on jilbay — including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and sabong — is governed by its own specific game rules and betting procedures displayed within the respective game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
jilbay employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for applicable game types. Where termination is for cause, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and possible forfeiture.
You may request closure of your jilbay Account at any time by contacting jilbay Support via live chat or email. Upon valid closure request, your Account will be deactivated. Any remaining cleared balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no pending compliance reviews are outstanding. Accounts subject to self-exclusion may be subject to a cooling-off period before balance withdrawal is processed.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use jilbay's services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14 — shall continue to apply.
